Continual Service Improvement
The Continual Service Improvement Certificate focuses on how to improve existing processes to deliver enhanced services within an organisation.
This certificate is one of a series of modules within the ITIL® qualifications. Each module focuses on a stage within the lifecycle. It also contributes towards achieving the ITIL® Expert certification.

The Service Design Certificate focuses on policy, planning and implementation as defined by availability, capacity, continuity,service level management and outsourcing.

The Service Strategy Certificate focuses on strategies, policies and constraints.

Managing Across the Life Cycle
ITIL®
The Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate is the last in the series and provides candidates with the knowledge needed to implement and manage the skills associated with the use of the Lifecycle practices.
